1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Rogonneur platform (rogonneur.cc), operated by Roger Schlecht, Freiburg, Germany. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Rogonneur provides curated cycling tour guides, routes, and community features. Some content is available for free; premium content requires a purchase or subscription.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on Rogonneur, including texts, images, maps, and GPX files, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
5. Purchases & Subscriptions
Purchases of individual guides grant lifetime access to that guide. Premium subscriptions grant access to all premium content for the duration of the subscription. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT.
6. User Conduct
Users must not upload illegal, offensive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rogonneur provides cycling routes and information for guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any route. Users cycle at their own risk. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.
