3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed to provide and improve our services, process payments, send service notifications, and for analytics. We process data based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Data Sharing
We share data with payment processors (Stripe) for transaction processing, hosting providers for infrastructure, and analytics services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where legal retention requirements apply. Transaction records are retained for 10 years as required by German tax law.
